Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded.

This error is very easy to fix.

Open the run box (Win-button + R) and type:

outlook.exe /resetnavpane

and then press enter.

“resetnavpane” removes all shortcuts and favorite folders from the Navigation Pane.
