On a Windows XP with Office 2007 I kept getting the error \u201cnot implemented\u201d whenever I tried to \u201creply\u201d, \u201creply to all\u201d or \u201cforward\u201d an email. I also got the error when I clicked on \u201csend\/receive\u201d.<\/p>\n

Using office diagnostic from the \u201cHelp\u201d menu did not help.<\/p>\n

Trying to repair the Office installation from \u201cAdd or remove programs\u201d or from the CD did also nothing. The error was still there.<\/p>\n

What I did was instead of choosing \u201crepair\u201d I choose \u201cAdd or remove features\u201d. Here I just expanded the Outlook features and did nothing more that clicking next. Then the setup ran for a little while and completed successfully. After that the Outlook worked perfectly again \":)\"<\/p>\n
